Business Analyst – London / Remote 12 months FTC (NM)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in the implementation and management of internal colleague and external marketing and communication platforms. The role will have a strong focus on driving change to our internal colleague channels, with some support around external channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully deploying solutions that enhance internal and external communications and collaboration.

Experience:
• Strong experience on internal colleague engagement platforms, content management systems, and user experience best practices.
• Ability to identify and confidently distil high-level outcomes into actionable and prioritised features for delivery.
• Strong analytical and technical experience with the ability to translate complex journeys and data into actionable and prioritised features.
• Ability to map requirements against technology capabilities.
