The Clients & Marketing team at Baringa is a central enabler of business growth, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial impact through data‑driven, client‑centric Marketing strategies. We partner with our consulting business and other BE functions to build our brand, drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy, and support sales revenue through a wide range of channels. The team fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement support Baringa’s strategic objectives globally. The majority of our team are based in the UK, with practitioners in the US, Australia and Germany.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and line manage one member within a Marketing team of 24 people. Your main role will be to act as a digital marketing consultant to partner with and support the marketing practitioners across the team to maximise the effectiveness of our digital channels in campaign delivery, generating awareness and leads for measurable commercial results. You will also contribute to projects designed to evolve our operating model e.g. GenAI adoption / process reviews and adoption. You will champion a data‑driven, client‑centric approach, using our evolving MarTech to support optimal performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will also lead the delivery of our digital operations, both through coaching and supporting a self‑serve model and by managing a team member and vendor resources.
