Qualifikationen

Position Overview:
We’re currently seeking a certified and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, has a strong knowledge of yoga principles, and can create an inclusive and empowering experience for members of all levels. Your energy, instruction, and connection will keep our members coming back for more.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective yoga classes for all fitness levels
  
• Create a welcoming, inclusive space where all members feel empowered and inspired
  
• Deliver clear verbal cues and demonstrate proper form and modifications
  
• Foster community and connection within your class
  
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  
• Represent the Fit Factory brand with passion and pride
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Yoga Certification (RYT-200 or equivalent preferred)
  
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Previous group fitness teaching experience preferred
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Passion for wellness, fitness, and community

While our immediate need is for a Yoga Instructor, we’re always open to exceptional instructors in other formats such as:
Kickboxing, Barre, Pilates, Zumba, Body Pump, Insanity, and Indoor Rowing.
