Technical Business Analyst - UX m/w/d

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our IT User Experience team. The ideal candidate will act as an interface between developers, clients, test & release teams, and operational units. You will have a leading view of the technical aspects of the application, related processes, and architecture. Your role will involve working on requirements for change requests, solution designs, and user stories. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential as you identify opportunities to increase application efficiency and participate/lead strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of business requirements from our internal or external clients, defining the functional solution, test description and execution of system test.
• Lead the technical aspects of the application, related processes, and architecture.
• Work on requirements for change requests, solution designs, and user stories.
• Identify opportunities to increase application efficiency.
• Participate in and lead strategic projects.
• Ensure excellent communication and collaboration across all teams.
• Application owner (accountable for stability, security, obsolescence and change management).
• First contact person for IT topic for user experience applications.
• Definition of technical solutions together with IT team and review of technical designs.
