What you will do

• You will be the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor and assist with complex customer queries.
• Instruct, manage, coach and guide your colleagues. As a team leader, you give proactive feedback and help your colleagues become better at their jobs. You set an example for your team by inspiring them and developing them through on-the-job training.
• You help open and close the shop.
• Collaborate with your team to create a treasure-hunt environment in the department store and share improvement ideas with the (Assistant) store manager(s).

• Open and approachable leadership style, treating everyone at every level with respect.
• Flexibility to change locations occasionally to gain more experience.
