Description

We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our fun, supportive and international team in Berlin. As a Team Assistant, you will provide an extensive and complex range of organisational and administrative tasks in support of our Advisory Management team. The ideal candidate will thrive on project management, coordination, organisation and will be a self-starter. This position is open to both entry-level candidates and those with extensive administrative experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, who is a confident communicator, who is fluent in English, capable of dealing with people at all levels, and always maintains confidential and professional communication.

Reliability and adaptability are vital for this role, together with the ability to work independently and to be flexible on handling various organisational tasks with changing deadlines and priorities.

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover)

Duration: 14 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the setup and maintenance of Advisory projects in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy of project data and acting as the main contact point for updates
  • Coordinating the contract signature process for our Central European Advisory team, ensuring proper documentation and filing
  • Supporting Advisory operations through administrative tasks such as creating templates, procurement, and document translations
  • Organising internal team activities, including quarterly local events and offsites
What we are looking for

Required attributes:

  • Ability to speak and write in English (C1)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A self-starter, with a positive, can-do attitude, able to juggle a variety of tasks at any one time and able to plan ahead
  • Passionate about teamwork while being able to work independently
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal colleagues and clients
  • Extensive experience with MS office applications

Desirable attributes:

  • Work experience as a team assistant or within an administrative/project support position
  • Proven experience working for a fast-growing professional services business or in a contract/legal administration environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or other platforms
  • Basic knowledge of German would be a plus
