Join our team as a Student Sales Administrator Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting our sales operations and partner network. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to balance work with their studies and is a chance to develop valuable skills in a real-world setting.

The Role

As a Student Sales Administrator Specialist, you'll be part of a small, dedicated team of three within the Sales Operations department. You will handle requests from our global D&B partner network, as well as the D&B DACH sales organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison, ensuring the smooth flow of information between partners and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Global Opportunity requests from D&B partner network and DACH Sales Organisation.
  • Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing GO requests.
  • Onboard all Global Opportunity requests in Salesforce.
  • Correspond internally and externally in both German and English.
  • Process payments resulting from GO requests. Track and request each month compensation payments.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Controlling, Sales Team and Data management as well as all GO-Champions in the Worldwide Network.
  • Actively participate in the optimisation of systems and processes.

Key Requirements

  • Completed commercial education.
  • High customer orientation and ability to work in a team as well as good conflict management.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with complex topics.
  • Entrepreneurial and success-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and structured as well as independent way of working and high solution orientation.
  • Ability to generate and contribute own ideas.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
