• Du entwickelst strategische Pläne für die Zusammenarbeit mit Krankenversicherungen und setzt diese erfolgreich um.

• Verträge für Kostenträger werden von Dir ausgearbeitet, geprüft und bewertet.

• Du analysierst Markttrends und das Wettbewerbsumfeld, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit Krankenversicherungen zu identifizieren.

• In verschiedenen Projekten arbeitest Du aktiv mit, um interne Prozesse im Unternehmen weiter zu optimieren.

• Du stellst sicher, dass finanzielle Ziele erreicht werden (F2P2, Preisverhandlungen).

• Eigenständig verhandelst Du Verträge in enger Abstimmung mit dem Teamlead of Strategic Health Insurance Management.

• Das Relationship Management wird von Dir kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und gepflegt.

• Du führst Risikoanalysen durch und entwickelst geeignete Risikomanagementstrategien.

• Unser Vertriebsinnendienst wird von Dir tatkräftig unterstützt.

• Du bearbeitest Preisanfragen und stehst dem Customer Service bei spezifischen Anfragen zur Seite.

• Schulungskonzepte werden von Dir entwickelt und umgesetzt.

People for people | Your Carefluencer profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Krankenversicherung oder im Gesundheitswesen
• SGB V Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung im B2B
• Erfahrung mit komplexen Vertragsverhandlungen
• Salesforce Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Reisebereitschaft von mindestens 20 %
