Application Process

1. Application screening: Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed by a recruiter. Feedback is typically provided within two working days.
2. Introduction call with a recruiter: If experience aligns, you’ll be invited to a preliminary screening call (30–45 minutes) to learn more about the company and the role.
3. Team fit and skills evaluation: An in-depth interview (60 minutes) with a team member covering technical and behavioral aspects.
4. Take home test / case studies: For many senior or technical roles, a case study may be included and should take no more than a few hours.
5. Final interview: A 30-minute company-fit behavioral interview with the respective C-level leader.

What does your work culture look like?

Working from another country: A 60-day work-from-abroad policy is available per year.
