Position

Become part of our team: Telecommunications Services Administrator (m/f/d). We are looking for a Telecommunications Services Administrator (m/f/d) for our Network Automation department with immediate effect. The position is permanent and full-time.

Location: Saarbrücken | Employment type: Full-time

Your responsibilities
  • Preparation of short, medium and long-term planning (determination of internal and external requirements, identification of potential risks)
  • Derivation of concrete measures (e.g. to maintain or further develop operational security) including the creation of short, medium and long-term implementation plans (roadmap)
  • Creation of own telecommunications service contracts
  • Conclusion, management and optimization of external telecommunications service contracts (e.g. mobile communications)
  • Procurement and management of mobile devices and accessories
  • Reviewing, checking and approving services and invoices from contracts and orders
  • Creation and adaptation of technical documentation and documents within the scope of management systems such as ISMS, UM and QM (e.g. operating concepts, protection requirements assessments and risk analyses)
  • Supporting internal and external contacts with inquiries and queries
  • Assistance with internal and external audits and other effectiveness checks, including with service providers
Your qualifications
  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in contract and service management (e.g. in the IT, telecommunications and mobile communications sectors)
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness and strong communication skills
  • Basic IT knowledge (SAP, MS Office)
  • Good knowledge of English
