Having inspired millions of runners worldwide, we’re expanding our horizons, and to help us reach new heights, we’re on the lookout for a Specialist-B2B (Business to Business) Marketing Central who is responsible for On’s brand development, positioning and consumer growth within our dedicated performance running retailers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will report to the Senior Lead B2B Marketing Central. This role will be based in Berlin or Zurich, while the work will be hybrid and flexible, with some travel to other key cities in the region.

Your mission

1. Drive brand awareness and sell-through across On’s Central B2B accounts focussing on the Running Community.
2. Build and own the retail consumer journey and Go To Market (GTM) roadmap for your Central B2B accounts and be their key marketing contact person.
3. Working closely with our sales team, you will play a key role during the sell-in process, introducing campaign-related marketing initiatives and setting the tone for the upcoming seasons.
4. Develop impactful, consumer centric retail marketing experiences in alignment with the central Brand Marketing and Brand Activation teams.
5. Together with your team, be the ear-to-the-ground and gateway to the market consumer landscape, reporting on trends, sentiments and consumer behavior, informing & influencing critical business decisions.
6. Ensure that all relevant initiatives are implemented on time and within budget.

Your story

1. You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Brand Marketing roles in the running and sports industry.
2. Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
3. You’re a self-starter, solution-oriented and have an organized way of working that enables you to stay on top of your projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Innovative entrepreneurial attitude, with a hands on mentality focused on driving results.
5. Deep understanding of the sports performance, running & active consumer and the way they shop.
6. Experience working with critical marketing success metrics and KPIs. Enjoy challenging yourself and the status quo through analyzing and reporting on past initiatives.
7. You are fluent or C1+ level in both German and English.
8. Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time; travel will fluctuate based on business needs.
