• Active support in service sales - spare and wear parts as well as service agreements
• Conducting deep‑dives on complex errors and improvement potentials
• Creation of:
  • Service Reports
  • Commissioning Protocols

• Customer communication and consultation

You bring with you:

• Degree in engineering or technical education specialized in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Professional experience as Service engineer/technician
• Professional experience in Service‑Excellence and‑Delivery
• Experience in MS 365 and related software
• Very good communication skills in written and spoken English (other language advantages)
• High level of engagement & pro‑activeness
• Strong comprehension capabilities & analytical thinking
• Good problem solving and mediation skills
• Willingness to travel 70‑90% nationally and neighboring states
• Willingness to participate in regular technical trainings (also in Germany)
• Current Driver’s license
• Residency in UK
