Tasks
- Conduct customer discussions and record and understand customer requirements
- Analysis of customer needs, expectations and behaviors to develop services that offer real added value
- Development and transformation of ideas into marketable service concepts that are oriented towards the customer perspective across various touchpoints
- Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Analysis of existing service processes, identification of weak points and development of solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary and international teams from design, development and project management
- Documentation and presentation of concepts and results
Qualifications
- Completed university degree with a focus on product/service design, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered development of digital solutions
- Good communication skills to independently organize and conduct customer appointments, face-to-face and online meetings and presentations
- Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Design Thinking and Lean UX methods (journey mapping, storyboards, wireframes)
- Ability to structure complex processes and make them user-friendly
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience working with project management tools (Trello, Confluence, Google Workspace)
