We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to complement our team. We have skilled experts, and there’s room for more great talents. Every Teamit consultant is the best in their field, proactive, and enjoys solving problems from a customer-centric approach.

• You master the customer-oriented design process from start to finish and are capable of developing it.
• You are able to design solutions that generate both customer and business value.
• Capability to develop digital services and facilitate design processes.
• Experience with complex, intangible services: We are looking for someone accustomed to working with challenging and hard-to-conceptualize service concepts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to work.

Working hours:

• Full-time (37.5h/week)
• Possibility for part-time work with an 80% allocation (30h/week)
• Possibility for up to 100% remote work depending on the client project

Language requirements:

• Fluent Finnish or German skills and fluent English skills are essential for success in the position.

Two different salary models to choose from:

• Billing-based salary (50% of client billing)
• Fixed monthly salary, ranging from €5000 to €6500/month.
