We are looking for Service Contracts Specialist to join our Service Enablement team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of new and renewal service contract offerings
• Provide support to internal and external customers via phone and email
• Analyze reports and proactively update customers
• Use CRM to maintain records of all customer renewals, contracts, conversations and forecasts and effectively manage the process from renewal assignment to closure
• Manage customer requests for contract amendments, merges, cancellations, and transfers; escape to team leader as appropriate
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and regularly proactively communicate to ensure issues are captured and resolved
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate across regions to constantly improve how we service and support our clients
