Responsibilities

• In your role as (Senior) Marketing Applications Consultant, you will support our customers in the successful use of the marketing app (MS Dynamics Customer Insights) and develop tailor-made go-to-market programs and campaigns in cooperation with the customers.
• Ensure that the customer's strategic goals are optimally implemented, either by implementing customer requirements in the system yourself or translating them into precise concepts for our internal development team.
• Work in agile teams to develop innovative Microsoft Power Platform technologies and participate in internal projects to further develop and optimize our service portfolio.

• You have sound experience in the (marketing) consulting environment
• You are an expert in presales and conducting demos
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, especially Customer Insights, ideally with relevant certifications
• You have practical experience with various marketing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights, Salesforce, Oracle or Hubspot
• You have already gained practical experience in social media campaigns and online marketing
• Your convincing appearance, strong communication and social skills complement your enthusiasm and initiative
• You are keen to share your knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants in their induction training
• Fluent German and good English skills are required for your daily tasks, as well as a moderate willingness to travel
