Qualifikationen

Your scope and daily tasks

  • Drive H2 opportunities in Central Northern Europe from early interaction to handover into execution to fill a robust sales pipe and grow the company revenue
  • Grow customer network and partner network
  • Build up specific regional market know how and customer intimacy
  • Customer Presentations to promote McPhy products
  • Support of customer Project Development for H2 projects
  • Preparation of regular order forecasts and project overview to create transparency to the H2 market and a reliable project pipeline regarding timing and value
  • Market screening to facilitate a competitor benchmarking
  • Identification of customer standard solutions and contribution to the development of products
  • Leading sales projects including the internal reporting and approval process
  • Evaluation of tender documents and preparation of competitive offers with the support of the tendering manager
  • Lead of negotations process and team involved
  • Evaluation and negotiation of contracts with support of the company lawyer

Your profile

  • Engineering or commercial university degree with a very strong technical interest and knowledge
  • Experience or strong interest in renewable energy and decarbonization
  • Several years of proven professional experience as Sales Manager
  • Experience in tender processes, sales processes for complex infrastructure projects and products
  • Strong skills in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in a fast-growing business environment and achieving targets
  • Experience in business development or sales in the H2 sector highly appreciated
  • To move forward in our environment in constant motion, you need to be solution-oriented & agile
  • To have a result-oriented spirit, ownership & sense of initiative at every level of the company
  • Fluent in English and German, other central- or Northern European language skills appreciated
  • Willingness to travel in the region
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM tools
