Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Revenue Management oder vergleichbaren Positionen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss.

Regional Director of Revenue – Europe [m/f/d]

Ennismore is the management company of 16 hotel brands and manages all Ennismore hotels in the DACH region from Hamburg - including the 25hours Hotels. To date, the portfolio includes 16 hotels in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Paris, Copenhagen, Florence and Dubai.

25hours Hotels are exceptionally individual hotels and cater to an urban, style-conscious clientele with surprisingly uncomplicated hospitality. We are looking forward to welcoming you as Director of Revenue to manage this department holistically.

Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

• Professional and disciplinary management of the Head Office Revenue Management department
• Professional leadership and support of the on-property Revenue Managers in international markets and/or franchise operations
• Analysis and evaluation of rooms revenue performances and forecasts
• Regular reporting to the VP Revenue Management on revenue performance, including detailed analysis and recommendations for action
• Strategic planning of annual budgets for existing and new hotels
• Analysis of market trends, competitor activities and historical pricing data to maximize room revenue.
• Development and implementation of best practice processes and organizational structures
• Development, implementation and monitoring of communication and reporting processes between head office and hotels
• Recruiting, coaching and developing employees

Qualifications

• A passion for the hotel industry and a desire to support the global expansion of 25hours
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably with a focus on revenue management
• A sense of responsibility, empathy and the ability to keep an overview
• Enjoy working independently and across departments in a team

• Fluent German and English is a must, other languages are an asset
