Qualifikationen

Your mission

As a Senior Quality Assurance Tester (m/f/d), you play an essential role in ensuring the quality of our platform for AI-based document processing. You know every detail of our platform, can perfectly empathize with our customers and are keen to take responsibility for test processes. Specifically, the following tasks await you:

• You are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of test plans, test cases and test scripts
• You carry out manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
• You take care of the documentation and analysis of test results as well as the creation of detailed error messages
• You test the limits of our AI: You create use cases that specifically provoke AI errors in order to keep an eye on the possibilities and limits of the AI solution
• You carry out regression tests and ensure that existing functionalities continue to work without errors after changes
• You are responsible for conducting performance tests to evaluate product performance under various conditions
• You work closely with developers and product managers to identify and fix bugs
• You validate product requirements and ensure they are covered in the test scenarios
• You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of dashboards for the continuous monitoring of software quality
• You take care of the analysis and identification of test automation possibilities as well as the implementation of appropriate solutions

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science or software development or a related field
• You have at least three years of experience in quality assurance of software products (manual testing, automated testing, maintenance of test plans, creation of detailed error messages)
• You have ISTQB certifications in the field of software testing or comparable certifications
• You have experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright
• If you have knowledge of Vue.js and Python, that's a plus
• You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• You are characterized by strong analytical and systematic thinking
• You have a high level of customer and user understanding
• You have basic knowledge of AI technologies
• You have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams, including UX design, development and product management
• You are fluent in German and English
