Established in 1997, Country Care Group (CCG) is an Australian family owned and operated business with over 740 staff across Australia. With over 130 CCG member stores, we are a leading national supplier of a vast range of medical and in-home aids to assist people living with disability, mobility impairments and the aged. CCG manages national contracts for the supply to state and federal government health services schemes, hospitals, aged and residential care facilities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Due to company growth, we are seeking to fill a Part-Time role (2 days per week) at our Epping site.
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a quality-focused role or similar role administrating a Management System, along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong communication and literacy capabilities and an eye for detail.
• They will bring a collaborative, service-driven approach to their work and show a clear commitment to maintaining and enhancing an established Quality Management System.
• This includes ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards through responsibilities such as:
• Administrate the Quality Management System software to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Manage document control, format documents and ensure version accuracy
• Promote a customer focus culture through effective use of QMS
• Ensure data integrity to achieve accurate electronic records and registers
• Provide administrative support in quality matters and other regulatory compliance
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on relevant systems and processes as required
• Previous experience administrating ISO 9001:2015 is favourable.
• A National Police Check is required for this role.
