Your Role

As an IT Product Owner focused on air logistics coordination, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT development team and global air logistics carriers. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, optimizing processes, and leading the rollout of innovative solutions. Your work will ensure that our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our global partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:
  - Collaborate with global air logistics carriers and internal stakeholders to collect and document detailed requirements for IT systems.
  - Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs, technical feasibility, and project impact.
• Coordination and Communication:
  - Act as the primary liaison between the IT development team and air logistics carriers, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  - Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all parties informed of project progress and changes.
• Process Optimization:
  - Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  - Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and integrate new technologies.
• Community Building:
  - Foster a collaborative community among air logistics carriers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders.
  - Organize and lead workshops, webinars, and networking events to build strong relationships and share best practices.
• Project Management and Rollout:
  - Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions related to air logistics coordination.
  - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful rollouts.
• Performance Monitoring:
  - Track the performance of implemented solutions and gather feedback from users to ensure continuous improvement.
  - Prepare and present reports on project status, outcomes, and key performance indicators.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. Long working experiences is worth even more.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the IT or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of air logistics operations and logistics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process optimization, and project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
