We’re looking for a Product Manager for our Distribution and Transformer product portfolio.

You will be responsible for defining, planning and executing the product strategy for Aggreko’s centrally managed Distribution and Transformers product portfolio, and for supporting our regional businesses on the selection of locally managed products. This role requires a business leader with a strong background in product management, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Product Strategy Development:Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and key skills for delivery.
  • Product Planning:Secure business sponsorship and resources for new product launches. Own product lifecycle from business case to succession. Ensure global specs (technical & sustainability) and recommend make-or-buy decisions.
  • Product Execution:Lead cross-functional teams to source and deliver products on time, within quality and cost targets. Accountable for team outcomes aligned with product strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management:Act as Voice of Customer, engaging regional customers, suppliers, executives, sales, and developers. Gather feedback, manage expectations, and build a regional product management community.
  • Competitive Advantage & Analysis:Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and market drivers. Maintain strategic supplier relationships and identify new market opportunities.
