The successful candidate will be leading the Global Private Markets Team (GPM) in Germany.

GPM forms part of Deutsche Bank Private Bank's product division. Team members are located in seven key locations around the globe. The team is responsible for the successful structuring, launch, and lifecycle management of Private Markets products globally.

Your key responsibilities

• You will coordinate the successful delivery of new private market products across all stages of the product structuring lifecycle, from product design to onboarding and successful closing.
• You will manage cross-functional project teams of internal stakeholders comprising amongst others legal, compliance, technology, and operations.
• You will be the key contact person for external fund managers across the product implementation phase and the product lifecycle.
• You will be responsible for coordinating new product implementation in Germany and ensuring a first-class client experience across the product lifecycle.
• You will be responsible for managing the German GPM team.

Your skills and experiences

• Minimum 10-year experience in the private market investment industry.
• Individual with strong industry knowledge and background from Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Asset Management firms.
• Strong technical knowledge of various fund vehicles (RAIF, ELTIF OIF etc.).
• Exceptional project management skills and proven track record to deliver complex private market product launches in quality and time.
• Exhibit strong communication (verbally & written) as well as positive interaction with superiors and colleagues on all levels.
• Fluent in German and English.
