You will focus on understanding and documenting client problems and requirements, providing managed service solutions to address them.

You will drive the proposal development process from strategy discussions through solution design, pricing, proposal document preparation, and pitching to internal account teams and clients.

You will lead efforts to generate proactive proposals by working with clients and account teams to identify potential managed services offerings.

You will have the opportunity to leverage technology innovations like AI/Machine Learning to introduce cutting-edge solutions into IT operations.

You will manage the contract preparation process from strategy discussions through negotiations.

You will identify and qualify new opportunities by collaborating with leads and account teams, creating reusable value propositions for pursuits and client pitches.

You will articulate the differentiators and value of the service line to client stakeholders.

You will focus on delivering competitive commercial models.

You will identify patterns across regions and develop reusable assets such as proposal templates, assessment frameworks, and commercial models.

You will participate in community initiatives to mentor team members, streamline operations, and share knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience working on tech solutions and creating proposals.
• Strong experience in managed services with exposure to emerging technologies.
• Experience in areas such as legacy modernization, data, customer experience, and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to develop proposals that respond to customer requirements and win work.
• Experience in defining operating models for support coverage and team distribution based on business needs.
• Experience proposing contract terms and conditions to clarify contract interpretation.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams including business development, sales, delivery, and service lines.
