Qualifikationen

• Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Vertrieb oder Portfolio-Management.
• Kenntnisse des Kohlenstoffmarktes und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.

• Verwaltung des Portfolios von Klimaprojekten und Erstellung von Angeboten.

What you will do

Join us in helping companies of all sizes and industries take their own climate action today. We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: Making net zero reality.

Become part of our Portfoliomanagement Team for Climate Projects in Munich or Berlin. We focus on matching demand and supply of climate & biodiversity projects for our clients.

• You are working daily with our ticketing system to reply to Sales & Customer Management requests regarding the VCM & climate projects
• You manage and oversee our portfolio of climate projects
• You are responsible for the analysis, strategic setup and continuous development of our portfolio of projects
• You create proposals for our climate projects incl. pricing
• You create strategies to push the sales of climate projects
• You are checking for trends in demand, organize trainings on our product climate projects and ensure information flow between teams on the subject.
• You support to develop our overall long-term strategy for climate projects
• You work with the company's internal merchandise management system & CRM
• You keep yourself informed about the voluntary carbon market and current developments

Who you are

• You have at least two years of relevant work experience in sales, pricing, portfolio management, consulting, product management or similar areas
• You have knowledge of the carbon market and experience in managing project and/or commodity portfolios
• You are an all-round talent & not shy to make own decisions after weighing up the risks & potentials.
• You have strong communication skills & you are good at stakeholder management.
• You have an independent and diligent way of working
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute this to the development of our team.
• You are fluent in English and German
