With a well-educated, highly motivated, and experienced team, we support many Operators and Vendors in Europe to expand and maintain their networks.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support the efficient functioning of our office. This role involves coordination of key administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations, and collaborating with team members to uphold excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Reporting Assistance: Support internal reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and data, including post deliveries documentation, assets mishandling lists.
  • Coordination: Distribution of daily office tasks, handling of assets, building maintenance, and weekly overview of pending administration matters.
  • Troubleshooting: Professionally handle setbacks within the spectrum of assigned duties.
  • HR Support: support for back-office HR activities. For recruitment: check of contracts and all necessary documents for employees and workers.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of German and strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Key Attributes: Highly organized, communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment.
