We are the central IT service provider for a group of companies including the well-known brand ebuero. Our IT Operations team supports over 1,200 users across 22 offices worldwide and two data centers. We manage a diverse infrastructure with Linux, Windows, and macOS systems, and provide comprehensive IT services for the entire group.

Your Role

As a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure & Automation Engineer, you will take ownership of our Microsoft-based systems and services. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team and guide our Client & Application Admins in maintaining a stable, secure, and scalable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment: Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint; Design and maintain core structures in Entra, Intune, and Defender; Provide technical guidance to Client & Application Admins
• Manage and maintain Windows servers running: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Certificate Services; MS SQL Server, File Services, RDS, WSUS, Web and application servers
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
• (Optional) Support our VMware vSphere and Veeam Backup environment

Job requirements

• Must-Have Skills: Solid experience with Windows Server infrastructure and Microsoft 365
• Proven track record in mid-sized environments
• Ability to take ownership and drive improvements collaboratively

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere and Veeam Backup
• Experience guiding team members without direct personnel responsibility

Soft Skills
