• You lead and manage large and complex IT projects, primarily in an agile project environment (on-site, remote, hybrid)
• You organize and coordinate the collaboration of interdisciplinary, distributed teams, e.g. in the areas of software engineering, quality management or design
• You record and specify customer and system requirements and translate these into structured project and requirements documentation (e.g. backlogs, process models, etc.)
• You design and moderate workshops in direct exchange with our customers
• You take on active expectation and risk management and are responsible for budget and resource planning
• You communicate professionally and clearly in German and English with stakeholders as well as with project and development teams

Your profile

• You have in-depth and verified knowledge of project management (e.g. PMI, Prince2, HERMES), requirements management and agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• You have several years of practical experience in the IT environment, e.g. as a project manager, requirements engineer, business analyst or IT architect
• You work proactively, enjoy taking on responsibility in various project roles and are motivated to drive the project forward from the idea to the finished product
• In addition to strong communication skills in German and English, you are characterized by empathy, which helps you to combine both customer and team interests in the best possible way
• You have a high technical affinity, a good understanding of processes and a strong awareness of quality
