IT Incident Manager m/w/d

Responsibilities:

1. Manage & Control IT delivery services
2. Handle 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level IT support and coordinate Helpdesk
3. Major Incident Management
4. Incident Management process improvements and documentation
5. Coordination and orchestration of Business, IT, and Provider Meetings
6. Continuous improvements in Monitoring of Production and Non-Production environment
7. Strong alignment with Change Management and Development Teams
8. Responsible for escalations and alignments about incidents
9. Assist in Problem & Root Cause Analysis
