Responsibilities
  • Research and acquire residential properties in a defined target area.
  • Develop and maintain your own network, build client contacts, and manage relationships with cooperation partners in your sales area.
  • Leverage your sales experience and real estate knowledge to contribute to the business.
  • Manage the complete sales process from property viewing to contract signing.
  • Prepare market price estimates, draft exposés, and ready marketing materials for clients using marketing tools.
  • Keep up to date with the local real estate market, identify trends, and monitor market-relevant developments.
Qualifications
  • Educational background: completed university degree or a commercial qualification, ideally with a focus on real estate.
  • Sales affinity: familiarity with the real estate industry or strong willingness to acquire knowledge in this area.
  • Communication: excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Customer orientation: ability to understand client needs, build sustainable relationships, and engage stakeholders effectively.
