Responsibilities

• Supporting the foreman (m/f/d) in the organisation of the construction site
• Practical cooperation and assumption of tasks on the construction site
• Support in organising work processes and managing the teams on site
• Ensuring quality and safety standards

If required, we will support you with further training to become a plant foreman (m/f/d) or certified foreman (m/f/d) and cover the costs.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in construction or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in construction work
• Team and communication skills
• Prudence, flexibility and optional willingness to travel depending on location
