Are you looking for a new professional challenge?As a Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for coordinating maintenance work with external companies (OEMs).Become part of the team now!

  • You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, follow-up and reporting of maintenance work in the data center and represent the Operations Manager.
  • You will manage the service management system in relation to all maintenance related activities in the data center.
  • Ensure proper planning and execution of maintenance activities according to Green Mountain guidelines and recommendations for all equipment and infrastructure installed in the data center.
  • Order and coordinate services with external service providers, including tracking work orders and service reports.
  • You will ensure the timely receipt and documentation of service reports and the recording and tracking of relevant issues in the service management system.
  • You focus on providing transparent customer information and minimizing the impact of maintenance work.
  • You will conduct debriefings with suppliers after completed maintenance and ensure the implementation of improvement measures for future services.
  • You will be responsible for managing the assets in the service management system, including maintaining the database and tracking the full lifecycle of the assets, including decommissioning planning.
  • You will train technicians on site in the use of the service management system to ensure that all data is correct and up to date.
Profile
  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician and further training as a master craftsman or technician (with 10KV switching authorization).
  • You have relevant professional experience in electronic maintenance and servicing on critical infrastructure.
  • You have initial experience in the data center environment.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the technical management and coordination of an interdisciplinary team and know how to motivate and train them.
  • You are familiar with qualitative occupational safety measures that ensure the health of your team members.
  • You are characterized by a high level of service orientation as well as a friendly and courteous manner, both internally and externally.
  • In addition, you are characterized by a solution-oriented way of working, communicate clearly and carry out your tasks independently.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
