The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

How you will CELLebrate

• Development, definition and implementation of ESS quality management
• Establishment and certification of the ESS quality management system
• Integration of other management system requirements, e.g. sustainability, health & safety, energy management, PCMS, compliance and other governance requirements
• Planning, preparation and participation in ISO 9001 certification audits
• Creation and review of business processes from a QM perspective
• Assuming the role of Quality Management Representative (QMB) in the ESS division

What you need for our CELLebration

• Successfully completed (technical) university studies in the fields of engineering, business administration or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience in quality management
• Experience in the battery/automotive/energy industry
• Well organized and structured way of working
• Auditor or management representative according to DIN EN ISO 9001
• Experience in the field of battery cells and energy storage systems
