EMEA Region Enterprise Risk & Security Leader (m/w/d)

Job Overview

Responsible for leading enterprise risk, business continuity, crisis management and security strategies across the Europe, Middle East, Africa & India region to include protection of people, property, and intellectual assets through the implementation of appropriate risk-based and business-focused mitigation strategies

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the formulation of business continuity strategies and objectives for the region.
  • Partners with businesses and functional leaders to implement crisis management and business continuity plans.
  • Coordinates the regional crisis management response program, including crisis planning, scenario exercises, crisis response, and continuous improvement.
  • Partners with the business in region at time of disaster to recover critical business functions and minimize the impact on people, assets, customers, and reputation.
  • Manages the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of physical security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Directs regional investigations including, but not limited to, information and physical security related matters. Partners with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, and others, as needed, to conduct investigations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain regional enterprise risk management programs to enhance the effectiveness of risk management activities aligned to the organizations profile.
  • Partners with internal risk owners and regional leaders to identify, mitigate and manage risks.
  • Verify and validate that risk mitigation efforts are consistent with the company’s direction.
  • Routinely report to department leadership and business leaders regarding changes in the risk profile.
  • Works closely with national and international law enforcement, and other public agencies to gather intelligence and coordinate response to catastrophic events which impact the region.
