Task Description

• Participation in tenders in cooperation with the persons concerned
• Implementing feasibility studies and preparing cost calculations
• Ensuring that deadlines and productivity targets are met and that the project runs smoothly
• Monitoring the progress of the project
• Determining the need for technical resources and personnel
• Preparing invoices for the projects (purchase orders, delivery notes, etc.)
• Acting as an interface between team coordinators, team leaders and / or managers as well as operations or project management
• Participation in meetings and reporting to direct supervisors on work performed
• Application of the applicable QSE management system
• Applying health and safety regulations to projects and notifying HR and HSE departments as necessary

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in project management methodologies
• Familiarity with QSE management systems
