Salesforce Technical Architect (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

1. You oversee and take responsibility for the technical direction and implementation of the Salesforce landscape at DEKRA, with a holistic view on solutions in the area of Service and Experience Cloud.
2. In addition, you supervise developers and consultants, advising on development best practices, technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and platform governance.
3. You act as Lead Developer and perform quality checks and peer review.
4. Further, you review and approve on a technical and functional level for the team and cross-check with other development streams.
5. You evaluate new Salesforce products and platform features.
6. You have in-depth know-how of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities to design a seamless user and customer experience.
7. Additionally, you architect secure and scalable solutions in Salesforce that meet the business requirements.
8. You ensure that the solution, and all customizations to the platform, meet best practices and DEKRA standards and accompany the implementation of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration with corresponding IT and project management expertise.
2. Strong Salesforce platform know-how with a track record ideally in agile projects as well as the operation of complex landscapes; agile methodology experience desirable.
3. Salesforce Certified certification desirable or several years of experience in the Salesforce environment.
4. Very good presentation and moderation skills.
5. High decision-making and implementation skills and a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and flexibility.
7. High level of commitment as well as convincing and professional appearance.
8. Intrinsic motivation to stay up to date with new Salesforce technology.
9. Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
