Responsibilities
- Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
- Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail
- Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
- Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals
- Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics or another relevant field. Any equivalent commercial experience is an alternative
- Experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling
- Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
