Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Power and Life Science customers within India, both on-site and virtually.
• Perform routine tests and analyses focusing on thermal interface material, potting compound, conformalcoating, encapsulants, structural and elastomeric adhesives, etc.
• Maintain technical expertise and skills in line with the SBU/SU strategy.
• Report laboratory results and methods according to accepted standards and communicate withinternal/external customers.
• Prepare test matrices, conduct various tests using lab equipment, and analyze results. Use digital toolslike Albert, Nautilus, and ACE to submit test reports.
• Respond quickly to customer and field AE test requests and provide qualified test reports.
• Conduct all laboratory work safely, using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adhering to sitesafety practices, using laboratory equipment, maintaining 5S, etc., and managing lab equipmentmaintenance and calibration activities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage various adhesive dispensing equipment handling HMA, TIM, Silicone, Modified Silane & Anaerobicchemistry.

Education and Skills

• Minimum 0-1 year related experience, preferably laboratory experience or technical services in a lab.
• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Chemistry or a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently, communicate with laboratory members, and maintain organizedrecords/reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively withall levels of management.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
• Ability to understand products associated with assigned technologies.
• Excellent hands-on and equipment competency.
