Als Occupational Safety Engineer (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Umsetzung der HSES-Anforderungen sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung indem Sie Präventionsmaßnahmen und die Sicherheitskultur unter den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie den unseren Auftragnehmern aktiv fördern.

Im Rahmen von Projekten übernehmen Sie in deren Planungsphasen die Steuerung von Arbeitsschutzlösungen unserer zukünftigen Produktionseinheiten. Zudem erstellen Sie Sicherheitskonzepte und bewerten beispielsweise Brandrisiken.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen die folgenden Tätigkeiten:

Arbeitssicherheit im Büro:

• Im Rahmen der Arbeitssicherheit im Büro stellen Sie die Sicherheit und den Schutz der Air Liquide-Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie unserer Subunternehmern in Büros sicher gemäß der HSES-Richtlinien.

• Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des HSES-Managementsystems voran, setzen HSE-Zertifizierungen (z.B. SCC, ISO 45001) um und führen das globale HSES-Reporting durch.

• Sie übernehmen die jährliche Identifizierung und Analyse von Risiken (Gefährdungsbeurteilung), stellen HSES-Schulungen und das Umweltmanagement im Büro sicher.

• Sie übermitteln Berichte an die lokalen Behörden gemäß den lokalen Vorschriften (Inspektionsberichte, Unfallmeldungen).

• Sie überwachen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Notfallverfahren, Erste Hilfe, Abfallbehandlung, PSA (persönliche Schutzausrüstung) und analysieren Sicherheitsereignisse.

Projektbezogene Aufgaben:

• Im Rahmen von Projekten übernehmen Sie die Steuerung von Arbeitsschutzlösungen unserer zukünftigen Produktionseinheiten. Zudem erstellen Sie Sicherheitskonzepte und bewerten beispielsweise Brandrisiken.

• Sie nehmen an Plotplan- und Designbewertungen teil, um Sicherheitslösungen zu definieren oder zu validieren.

• Zudem leiten Sie interne Sitzungen zur Brandrisikobewertung.

• Sie führen Studien zu Gefahrstoffen (HAZMAT) durch.

Allgemeine Aufgaben:

• Verständnis von ATEX / Gefahrenzonenklassifizierung (IEC oder gleichwertig), Eigenschaften brennbarer Produkte und Durchführung von Brandrisikobewertungen.

• Beaufsichtigung der Arbeit von Drittanbietern im Bereich des aktiven und passiven Brandschutzes, Festlegung von Regeln und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung.

• Validierung von HSES-Anforderungen in Plotplan- und Designbewertungen, Fähigkeit zur Überprüfung von F&G-Detektionsplots und Erstellung von HSES-Designphilosophien und Sicherheitskonzepten.

• Durchführung von Studien zu Gefahrstoffen (HAZMAT) für Projekte.

Are you a match?

• Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit.

• Abgeschlossener Diplom- oder Masterabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbar.

• SCC, ISO 45001 Referent Lead Auditor mit 3-5 Jahren HSES-Erfahrung im Bereich Oil and Gas, Chemicals.

• Fachkenntnisse in Brandbekämpfung, brennbaren Gasen und Branddetektion.

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von HSES-Designphilosophien, Sicherheitskonzepten und Kenntnisse lokaler und internationalen HSES-Vorgaben und Normen.

• Vertraut mit methodischen Werkzeugen (Risikoanalyse, Präventionsplan, Ursachenermittlung, etc.).

• Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch (sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich).
