Your mission
You are responsible for the independent implementation, monitoring and documentation of quality assurance measures in production processes and train the production staff
You will be responsible for planning and creating quality plans for new and series products as well as ensuring product and process quality with the help of well thought-out control and test plans (series production)
You will carry out error analyses using common quality methods/statistics, including the creation of associated documentation and key figures
You will also be responsible for root cause analysis, error tracking and troubleshooting in production
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and checking the effectiveness of corrective measures introduced
You are responsible for compliance with quality specifications
You organize and moderate FMEA workshops
You will take care of the planning, coordination and implementation of audits, as well as the analysis, control and continuous improvement of existing processes and the moderation of process optimization workshops
You support the SAP rollout and ensure the quality assurance process in SAP as well as providing support as an SAP QM key user
Your profile
You have successfully completed your studies as a textile engineer or textile technician (m/f/d)
You have already gained professional experience in quality management/quality assurance in a manufacturing company
You have sound experience in process management, process analysis and conceptual and interdisciplinary work
You can demonstrate adept moderation and presentation skills in workshop design and moderation
You have an auditor qualification for ISO 9001 and several years of relevant professional experience as an auditor
You have in-depth knowledge and experience with methods (8D, production process and product release, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5W, initial samples, etc.)
Experience in working with SAP in a manufacturing environment
You have a high degree of initiative, communication skills and independence
You are confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Teams
You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
