Head of Project Management (gn)

Your mission

1. You will lead a team of full-time project managers, fostering their growth, and empowering them to excel, ensuring project success.
2. You will revamp and enhance the project manager team structure.
3. You will own and develop processes, tools, and templates for project planning and monitoring.
4. You will monitor project manager resource allocation and skillfully resolve conflicts, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
5. You will successfully drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management.
6. You will be the primary communicator, delivering clear and actionable messages to support project management and effectively meet the needs of stakeholders.

Your profile

1. You bring 5+ years of leadership experience in project management or a related role; prior experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
2. You bring a master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related technical discipline.
3. You demonstrated expertise in project management, effectively supporting multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
