As a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Reutlingen GmbH, we supply around 130,000 customers with electricity, natural gas, drinking water, and heat. The group of companies employs over 600 people. Your Tasks

1. Joint development of sustainable and innovative energy supply concepts for neighborhoods or island grids as well as related energy services and preparation of feasibility studies.
2. Reduction of CO2 emissions using efficient technologies and renewable energy sources.
3. Development of decision-making bases with the help of project descriptions and profitability calculations.
4. Implementation and coordination of energy supply concepts and the stakeholders involved as project manager and support for our customers from project planning through to commissioning.
5. Monitoring and adherence to the specified deadlines and cost budgets.

Your Qualifications

1. Degree in industrial engineering with a technical and energy management background, supply or environmental engineering with business management knowledge or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in the field of energy management or in the management of projects, e.g., creation and combination of energy concepts in the field of waste heat, renewable raw materials, or regenerative energies.
3. Enthusiastic personality with innovative ideas for climate protection and the reduction of fossil fuels.
4. Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of service and team orientation.
5. Confident manner, enjoy dealing with people and have an affinity for sales.

1. Remuneration based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
