Qualifikationen

• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit 5+ Jahren in der Führung.

What can you expect?

• You lead, mentor, and manage AIoT engineering teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions
• You identify skill gaps and implement training programs
• You collaborate with product management to define and execute the product roadmap, set objectives, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to ensure timely delivery
• You promote best engineering practices, including agile methodologies and automated testing
• You provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with technology standards and oversee IoT system development to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• You work closely with product management, operations, and hardware engineering teams to ensure effective communication and remove obstacles

What should you bring along?

• You have 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering (coding, software development) and 5+ years of post-graduation work experience, with 1+ years in people management
• You have experience in product engineering or R&D, and technical leadership or people management anda degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• You are experienced with Python or proficient in another object-oriented language, with an interest in learning and developing software using Python as the main programming language
• You have hands-on experience with Linux, are comfortable working in the command line and using GNU tools, and are experienced with the client-server model
• You are proficient in Git and have experience with a unit test framework and Docker
