We are in the process of transferring and completely redesigning our internal approval and reporting processes onto Microsoft O365 and the MS Power Plattform. For this we are looking for hands-on support in setting up the new environment, transferring the distributed documents and processes into a streamlined web-based solution using PowerApps and PowerAutomate, leveraging automation as much as possible.

We are seeking an Intern in our EU infrastructure investments team to be a part of our international team supporting the strengthening of our Operational footprint across all European Countries.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing digital workflow and reporting for investment portfolio process based on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Work with our process experts to streamline their business processes and identify opportunities that can leverage the Power Platform services.
• Support our multiple internal costumers in their cloud adoption journey by providing consultancy on how to move their on-premises collaboration services to the cloud by using SharePoint online and Power Platform services.
• Work with our internal project manager to manage business requirements, scoping and steering board calls, workshops and delivery of the scoped solutions and services.
• Identify any further opportunities for digitalization and automation in the team, process and related files
• Support and further develop existing PowerApps / PowerAutomate workflows
