Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Themenvielfalt – Support companies of all industries and sizes in corporate governance and the optimization of financial stability. Also help companies in restructuring, turnaround or near-insolvency situations to emerge from crises successfully.
• Aufgaben – Analyze and prepare financial and business data; develop and implement Financial-Performance concepts. Create integrated business plans, financing and restructuring concepts, and accompany companies directly through various challenges.
• Marktresearch – Assist with research and the evaluation and creation of market, industry and company analyses to identify optimization potentials and marketing activities.
• Innovationen – Leverage innovative IT and BI tools for data-driven decision making and collaboratively develop our products, methods and tools.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training (preferably banking) or a degree in business administration.
• Initial experience in accounting, controlling and company valuation.
• Ideally experience in restructuring and turnaround management.
• Analytical ability, problem-solving skills and strategic understanding to clearly and convincingly convey complex issues.
• High self-motivation, team spirit and readiness for continuous further education (e.g., IT affinity).
