Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (CAM) with a strong background in the Telco / Operators / ISP ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of underlay networking technologies (DIA, Broadband, LTE/5G, Satellite, MPLS, Routing, Switching, LAN, Network Management & Monitoring) with expertise in overlay solutions such as SD-WAN, SSE, and SASE.

This role requires a true hunter mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where creativity, initiative, and commitment are essential. The CAM will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving new business opportunities through indirect sales channels, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partnerships with Telcos, Operators, and ISPs across the region.
  • Drive new business acquisition through indirect sales, leveraging both underlay and overlay networking technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with channel partners to drive joint GTM strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Product) to align strategies and deliver value to partners.
  • Educate and enable partners on company solutions, ensuring they can effectively position and sell our portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine channel strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in Channel Sales / Account Management within the Telco / ISP / Operator sector.
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of underlay networking (DIA, Broadband, LTE/5G, Satellite, MPLS, Routing, Switching, LAN, Monitoring & Management).
  • Solid understanding of overlay solutions (SD-WAN, SSE, SASE).
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong drive for results and business growth.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring adaptability, creativity, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
