Responsibilities
- Support in supplier management and onboarding processes according to RTP-LTB (Aeronautical Operations) requirements in a highly regulated environment
- Support in the analysis and evaluation of suppliers
- Ensuring the further development of suppliers in accordance with RTP, Group and legal requirements
- Responsibility for the full compliance with the legal requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
- Support with reporting on ESG, Ivalua and other Rheinmetall tools
- Identification and assessment of risks in the supply chain
- Initiation and coordination of countermeasures in the event of delivery bottlenecks or failures at suppliers in cooperation with the product group managers
- Further development and implementation of IT tools as well as ensuring the timely rollout of ongoing RTP internal and group projects
- Ensuring the timely implementation of corporate guidelines/policies and legal requirements within the associated area
- Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external purposes
- Maintenance and updating of supplier databases
- Participation in the improvement of existing processes
Requirements
- Completed training or studies, preferably in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, production management, quality management or supply chain management
- Further training as an auditor according to DIN ISO 9001 or comparable, or in-depth knowledge of the quality management system (DIN EN ISO 9100, DIN EN ISO 9001 or DIN EN ISO 13485) as well as technical understanding are advantageous
- Assertive and communicative personality with negotiating skills and high social skills
- High motivation and willingness to perform combined with flexibility and resilience
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, ability to work in a team, initiative and a high degree of integrity as well as willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent foreign language skills in English (spoken and written)
