Overview

Job Application: Automated Cutting Machine Operator. Become an important team member producing the finest quality uniforms and jackets for youth athletics all the way to the Pros! Ripon Athletic is a family-run, family-oriented company offering an aggressive and comprehensive compensation program. With a short drive to Berlin, WI, you’ll be working in a clean, quiet and air-conditioned environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation range $39,000 to $55,000. Range includes highly regarded Health and Dental Insurance package ($11,000 - $25,000 annually depending on individual/insurance needs) and value of benefits below.


• 401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).

• Profit sharing (15% of profits shared with Employees and based on attendance).
