For our new store in Dresden we are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager (m/f/x).

Responsibilities

• focus on our people & customers, a passion for retail and beauty (make-up, skin care, hair care & fragrance) as well as a knack for dealing with our brands and the constantly growing range.
• create memorable customer experiences: you will support the team in delivering meaningful in-store experiences that build lasting brand loyalty.
• assist in managing the day-to-day business in the store. You organise the store together with the Store Manager and have an eye for numbers, order and cleanliness.
• drive forward our omni-channel approach. You are an expert in linking stationary and digital retail.
• live our corporate culture. Cultivate a positive culture where everyone is valued and empowered to succeed through feedback and career development. Act as a motivating role model for your team.

Qualifications

• have completed an apprenticeship or have comparable experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or catering sector.
• have at least one year's experience as an Assistant Manager.
• have strong organisational, analytical and business management skills as well as a passion for great beauty products.
• have strong social intelligence and communication skills and can hold short conversations in English.
