Architect (m/f/d) for approval planning of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems

In cooperation with ENERPARC AG, Europe's leading developer and operator of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, KLM plans innovative projects in the field of renewable energies. Our expertise includes approval planning as well as independent project development and identification of potential sites. In the field of urban land-use planning, we take on the project management and coordination of specialist planners and authorities.

To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are looking for active support for the development of new projects for the implementation of new solar parks as soon as possible.

• Responsible for the approval planning of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, taking into account all spatial planning and nature conservation regulations
• Coordination and cooperation with specialist planners, authorities, engineers and project developers to secure the necessary approvals
• Preparation and submission of building permit applications and monitoring of the approval process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building and environmental regulations

Your profile:

• Completed degree in architecture or comparable qualification in the construction sector
• Experience in the approval planning of construction projects, preferably in the field of renewable energies or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of building planning and building regulations law
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with various project participants and authorities
• Careful and structured way of working
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant planning tools an advantage
